Research Manager is responsible for managing group of client servicing team (10-15 members). They are responsibility for appropriate high levels of service to those clients through team development (training, growing team, planning IDP, build culture...) and PnL management.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. People Leadership (30%)
Closely guide and coach a project team in their daily activities by providing business context, setting performance goals and actively implement plans for career development
Encouraging, inspiring and sharing knowledge with the team
2. Client Consulting (25%)
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with clients through various channels
Provide day-to-day liaison with external clients to make sure the project status is well communicated
Presenting findings back to clients in a clear, concise and engaging manner
Develops, manages and mentors staff to build client understanding across all disciplines to work process vs. just project orientation, strategic insight and presentation skills
3. Research Executing (25%)
Oversee the team to ensure flawless execution of all market research projects from design to delivery
Manage all aspects of running complex research projects
Collaborate with various departments (e.g. research, operations) to implement project management practice across all projects
4. Cost Management (15%)
Ensure job profitability is achieved to meet the business expectations and instill this in the project team
5. Others (5%)
Recommend and able to execute improvements in work processes within the area of responsibility

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education/ Knowledge
Bachelor‘s degree in Economics, Marketing or related field
2. Skill
Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external people
Ability to work effectively in high pressure & with cross-functional teams
Able to motivate team member’ spirit
Be good at convey company philosophy and company culture
Fluent in Vietnamese and good command of English especially writing
3. Experience
At least 5 year experience in marketing field or related position
Have an experience in social listening is an advantage
Previous market research exposure is an advantage
Any other experience to prove that you can do the job well
4. Personality
Possess high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
